Special Notes to Our Production Clients
Cellblock Studios is a decommissioned prison facility that has been repurposed for various businesses, as well as film and TV production, since 2012. Much of the facility remains unchanged from its original state 12 years ago, preserving its authentic character. Most areas are accessible; however, access is only permitted with Cellblock staff present to ensure your safety and to address any questions you may have. The site is equipped with power, and water is available in most areas. Restrooms are also accessible in designated sections of the facility.
The production company is permitted to repaint, redesign, or alter the exterior and/or interior of the building as needed for filming purposes. All modifications, including labor and material costs, will be fully covered by the production company. Upon completion of filming, the production company will be responsible for restoring the building to its original condition, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
